Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Leader to fill a key leadership role within our organization.

This position involves managing a team of employees and managers, developing metrics and indicators, and integrating management decisions to drive business success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the performance of employees across multiple fields.
  • Developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures, as well as guiding the development of operational performance goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Developing and carrying out integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, and providing input on departmental business and operational goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring and improving internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and creating action plans to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Senior level experience in management and operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, including key partner relationship management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in an accredited course of study, or higher.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and collaborate with business leaders.
