About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our Neurosciences projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, involving moderate to high complexity. You'll work closely with our Project Lead to develop the Project Plan and prepare for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop monitoring strategies and clinical tools in alignment with the study protocol and contract/scope of work with the client.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead to prepare or present at client meetings, including bid defense and kick-off meetings.
  • Manage project financials for all clinical activities, identify OOS tasks, and support creation of Contract Modifications with the Project Lead.
  • Oversight of the clinical team and lead team meetings to ensure that timelines, resources, interactions, and quality are maintained.
  • Ensure achievement of the final clinical deliverables within the contractual time specified by preparing and monitoring clinical activity timelines and metrics.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced Clinical Team Manager with a strong background in Neurosciences. You'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience in the therapeutic area of Neurosciences, with a focus on Rare Disease/ALS/Ophthalmology or Psychiatry.
  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and integrate teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and workload of team members.
  • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural matrix organization.
