Job Title: Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that resonates with our audience and drives innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling narratives to increase fan engagement and maintain a vibrant social presence across platforms.
- Craft evergreen content around game updates, esports culture, memes, trending topics, and viral formats.
- Plan, schedule, and post content to ensure consistency and quality.
- Bring a creative approach to campaigns, crafting posts, memes, and videos that excite and captivate our audience.
- Build strong relationships with fans, finding innovative ways to engage and interact with them on various platforms.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Experience scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos, with proficiency in tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Portfolio of successful short-form content, including videos and photos.
- Strong knowledge of major digital platforms, such as Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Reddit.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently execute campaign plans.
- Creativity in experimenting with trends, memes, and formats to engage audiences.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Bonus Points:
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Knowledge of social media trends in the esports industry.
- Experience in community management within gaming or esports.
- Familiarity with social media performance-tracking tools.
- Experience with project management tools.

Additional Requirements:
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
