We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in the LatAm region. As a key member of our Ads FP&A team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis for our Ads business in LatAm.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support short and long-term planning for ads revenue and expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ads Strategy, Planning & Analysis, and Sales & Operations, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to deliver insights and facilitate trade-off discussions, scenario planning, and opportunity sizing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the Ads business.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Ad Sales & Ops, Data Science, Accounting, and Talent Acquisition/HR, to ensure effective communication of financial tracking and impact.
- 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment, preferably in advertising FP&A, management consulting, or strategic finance in tech or high-growth startups.
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines.
