Building Maintenance Specialist

Fundação São Paulo is seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to work in the Architecture and Infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities related to building maintenance, including civil repairs and general maintenance with an emphasis on painting in masonry, ceilings, plasterboard, doors, windows, and metal structures (sanding and painting).
  • Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for painting to achieve optimal adhesion and finish, applying latex, epoxy, and enamel paints.
  • Select appropriate materials and execute services with quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma completed.
  • Proven experience in painting various surfaces such as walls, metals, and wood.
  • Technical knowledge for material selection and quality service execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Painting Specialist with 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in using power tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
