About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Tax Planning: Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies that minimize our financial liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze Tax Legislation: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation at the federal, state, and municipal levels, and provide insights on how these changes may impact our business.
  • Assist in Audits: Collaborate with the legal team to prepare for and respond to tax audits, both internal and external.
  • Develop Internal Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure tax compliance and minimize risk.
  • Conduct Value Chain Analysis: Analyze the tax implications of our business operations and identify opportunities to optimize our tax position.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
  • Practical understanding of tax legislation and related obligations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
