Software Engineering Lead

This is a high-level technical leadership position that oversees the development of AI-first applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading offshore teams and have a strong background in software engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead an offshore team to deliver enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with product management and data science teams to develop AI-native applications.
- Establish software engineering best practices including continuous integration, test automation, code quality, and cloud-native deployments.
- Drive architectural decisions on microservices, APIs, security, scalability.
- Ensure cost-efficient delivery while maintaining high quality and reliability.
- Oversee strategy, design, and execution of mobile applications and digital tools.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including architecture, security, integration, and user experience.
- Masters degree in computer science or relevant field preferred.
- 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years leading offshore teams.
- Expertise in AI/ML-enabled applications and API-first architectures.
- Proficient in modern cloud tech stacks, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Data-driven decision-making using KPIs and telemetry.
- Full-time remote work arrangement.
