Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to fill the role of Product Analyst.

This key position involves working closely with product managers and engineers to define, implement, and analyze product metrics. The primary focus will be on creating actionable insights from in-app events and conversion funnels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product success metrics, including quarterly objectives.
  • Work with product managers to develop and track product conversion funnels.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates by collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Provide valuable insights to the design team by serving as their primary point of contact for product usage data requests.
  • Bridge the communication and technical gap between the Product and Data departments by translating business needs into data requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to event tracking or data loss.
  • Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
  • Background in user experience (UX) or product design.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.

  • Deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap or Pendo.
  • Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
