Golden Goose is seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to deliver exceptional craftsmanship in bespoke repairs, heel swaps, and customizations. This role requires strong technical expertise, artistic skills, and a deep connection to our brand's values and storytelling.

• Perform all cobbler services on shoes and handbags, including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services.
• Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying customer needs.
• Advise customers on the collection and in-store cobbler services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain store standards according to guidelines.
• Embodiment of company projects through effective product knowledge.
• Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding our brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high levels of customized customer service.
• Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Participate as a team member, supporting the accomplishment of team goals and maximizing sales.
• Follow Golden Goose procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.
• Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e., selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client outreach).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail or other customer service industries preferred.
• An artistic skillset, including painting, drawing, sketching, doodling.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Other languages are a plus.
