We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sustainability Expert to join our team at Eli Lilly and Company. As an embedded resource, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the adoption of Digital Sustainability program controls and provide guidance on risk issues related to Digital Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for Digital Sustainability program controls and provide guidance to business teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Digital Sustainability initiatives and improvements.
  • Serve as a Digital Sustainability subject matter expert and liaison with business teams.
  • Monitor Digital Sustainability trends and keep business teams informed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
  • Proven experience in legal and/or artificial intelligence, data governance, or privacy positions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex projects.
  • Mastery of artificial intelligence, data governance, privacy laws, and regulations.
  • Certification in artificial intelligence or privacy is strongly preferred.
