About the Role:

The Chief Legal Officer will play a crucial role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert legal guidance on contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Legal Officer or similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful legal strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
