Aerospace Quality Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead quality improvements through continuous processes. As a Quality Assurance professional, you will drive customer satisfaction by reducing internal non-conformances and eliminating returns.
- Develop corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework.
- Mentor and assist in the development of quality engineers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, result-driven, and able to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing and solving complex issues.
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance standards.
