We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

  • This role requires the ability to travel frequently to provide service to clients in Brazil and Latin America.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information, troubleshooting assistance, and training to clients using service documentation and mechanical knowledge.
  • Additional responsibilities include collecting and tracking data regarding machine numbers, client issues, and resolutions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish language proficiency is also highly desirable.
