  • Strategic Insights Analyst: Participate in market planning, data analysis and trend identification to develop marketing strategies and tactics for food ingredients businesses.
Job Purpose and Impact:

The Strategic Insights Analyst will be responsible for conducting and analyzing market research and studies to identify potential customers and markets for products and services. This role involves developing and maintaining marketing reports and databases with internally driven or externally derived information sources.

  • Conduct market analysis and prepare forecasts and recommendations for product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends.
  • Contribute to researching market conditions to identify potential sales of a product.
  • Monitor market conditions, trends and competitors to project business consumer demand and plan product launch timing.
  • Support and execute activities to gather, analyze and interpret marketplace trends and customer data to create marketing and product development strategies.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics and/or related areas;
  • Experience with market research (qualitative and quantitative);
  • Experience with data analysis and indicators;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Advanced English language proficiency;
  • Experience with market insights, business intelligence and analytics activities;
  • Experience with development and management of dashboards and databases;
  • Experience with developing and conducting presentations to senior teams.
