Lead Creative Director

This is a unique opportunity to lead and directly influence creative direction. You'll mentor, inspire, and grow individual product teams across various projects.
Key Responsibilities- You'll take early ideas and set the tone for seamless experiences by designing intuitive interfaces
- Provide meaningful guidance on everything from client communication to pixel-perfect details
- Help team members push out of their comfort zone to create exceptional work
- Use your strategic thought process to get clients excited about our capabilities
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-disciplinary teams to orchestrate a smooth experience for clients and teams
- Define conceptual and visual direction for well-known brands
- Validate your design decisions through first-hand research, user feedback, quantitative insights, and evolving best practices
- Present and articulate design decisions to clients throughout all phases of the process
We're looking for an experienced professional who has:
- A minimum of 10 years in the design industry
- An excellent command of the English language (C1 or C2 level)
- A proven track record of mentoring or managing designers
- The ability to deliver growth feedback to teammates
- Experience shipping products that impact thousands of users, including leading design teams
- A solid understanding of the product development process, from problem definition to implementation
- A strong opinion on visual and user experience design while being flexible to new perspectives
- A portfolio demonstrating an understanding of user and business needs, creative approaches to problem-solving, and mastery of visual design
- The ability to roll up sleeves and push pixels when needed
- Experience presenting complex ideas to clients and team members in a compelling and energetic way
- The ability to empathize with clients' needs and bring solutions to problems
