SAP SD IT Senior Consultant Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Order Management Team as a SAP SD IT Senior Consultant.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD, order management, and ticket governance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ticket Management: Effective coordination of tickets, activities, and follow-up with third-party system consultancies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tickets, acting as the primary point of contact for nota fiscal issues, and routing assistance from SD or MM support teams when required.

  • Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tickets, activities, and follow-up with third-party system consultancies such as APASSOS and GUEPARDO.
  • Acting as a Primary POC for any kind of Nota fiscal issues being reported.
  • If the Ticket requires assistance from SD or MM support, he can feel free to route them or take assistance wherever required from support team
  • If there is some additional work from projects, he should step in based on requirement. We can inform him prior if any such additional work being allocated to him based on alignment with devops team
  • Follow all the best practices similar to other support tracks
  • Effective communication and participating in weekly or monthly review meetings.
