Housekeeping Assistant

A key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including floors, walls, and fixtures
  • Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, restock amenities and linens as needed
  • Vacuum rooms and corridors, taking care to remove any debris or dust
  • Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
  • Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
  • Restock and maintain trolleys on a daily basis, ensuring they are fully equipped and ready for use
  • Practice environmental awareness, minimizing waste and conserving resources
  • Dispose of waste properly, adhering to hotel regulations and health and safety guidelines
  • Handle lost property procedures efficiently and effectively
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, providing timely and efficient service
  • Manage master keys responsibly, adhering to security protocols
  • Inspect public areas and toilets, taking corrective action where necessary to maintain high standards
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to hotel operations
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed, fostering good working relationships
