Role Overview:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist at Netcracker Technology, you will engage in the automation and deployment of cloud systems, contributing to our global Cloud Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain OpenStack, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
- Provide deployment and troubleshooting support for Linux and telecom Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) within cloud settings.
- Automate system and deployment tasks to minimize manual processes.
- Manage and automate infrastructure services effectively.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator, with expertise extending beyond L1 and L2 support to Level 3.
- Proficient in Linux, with a certifiable level in Red Hat; knowledge of Unix is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as RHCSA or RHCE are preferred.
- Strong systems administration capabilities, including the installation and configuration of both physical and virtual Linux servers.
- Ability to analyze and enhance performance on Linux servers.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with multipath software (iSCSI or Fibre Channel).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ansible and various clustering technologies (e.g., pacemaker, Veritas Cluster, Oracle RAC, etc.).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, VSphere, qemu/kvm, and XEN.
- Experience in automating system configurations using tools like Puppet or Chef.
- Familiarity with OpenStack.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
