Job Overview:

This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a highly motivated team. The individual should have strong communication skills to support different stakeholders. They are an expert in Service & Support Management and want to work on new strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand & Change Management lead in the sales and distribution area;
  • Evaluate Support Requests as 2nd level support member and decide about changes & projects;
  • Be a sparing partner to our Key Users as Service and Support partner in the region;
  • Be accountable for solution presenting - new technologies, offer Business Analysis & Functional specifications;
  • Give trainings and improve know-how of our users & Key Users.

With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or similar;
  • Economic graduation or similar;
  • English - Proficient/Fluent;
  • Any other language is considered as an asset;
  • Relevant working experience (SAP SD);
  • Experience in cross-functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation Module;
  • S/4 HANA;
  • ITIL;
  • ServiceNow;
  • Oracle TMS as asset.
