Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced project lead to spearhead our team in strategic planning, with a strong background in electrical engineering and embedded systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in project development, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies within agile product development environments.
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery, including leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with international teams in a global organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure effective supplier relationships and maintain key stakeholder connections.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in embedded systems, including hardware components and software design.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Automotive knowledge and understanding of truck/car systems.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and requirement tools.
  • International and multi-cultural experience within a global organization.
