Senior Research Leader

This is a senior-level position that oversees research efforts and leads a team to execute a research agenda.
The Director of Research collaborates with senior leadership to deepen research in social, emotional, and academic development.
The role also translates research into practice through content and product development.
This includes leading national-level initiatives, partnerships, and research projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a research agenda focused on implementation fidelity, outcomes, and student growth
- Partnering with staff to create structures for staff and students to participate in research activities
- Leveraging resources to develop, coordinate, and execute research grant proposals
- Researching and evaluating program development and delivery using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Producing research briefs, white papers, and tools to enhance user experience
Supervisory responsibilities include direct supervision of 3-5 reports, including grant specialists, graduate students, data analysts, and research assistants.
Requirements for this role include a doctoral degree in education, psychology, or a related field, along with three years of related experience and five years of leading research projects.
