Financial Settlement Specialist

Cainiao Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Settlement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our financial settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the first approval of the payable process for each system according to the key points of each expense/business type.
  • Submit payment process for each system, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers, communicating any discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
  • Manage accounts receivable, sending bills to merchants on time and claiming payments.
  • Prepare biweekly receivables/payables reports, summarizing and analyzing details for management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese for daily communication.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
