We seek a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead our projects. As a senior developer, you will guide your team in designing and delivering software solutions using NodeJS, React, Typescript, and Git.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Promote best practices in development, ensuring scalability and maintainability of codebases.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering growth and skill development within the team.
- Balance task assignment through prioritization and consideration of technical interests.
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies, such as sprint demos and scrum calls.

- Contribute to products being incubated and piloted with live clients.
- Support stakeholders and clients for urgent issues requiring resolution.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to collaborate with other developers.
- Cultivate continuous learning and adapt to evolving technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in software development, leadership, and team management.
- Expertise in NodeJS, React, Typescript, and Git.
- Familiarity with Mobile Development, Flutter, Serverless, and CI/CD.
