Job Description:
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as a CRM Administrator & Sales Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring seamless data management and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Provide technical support to the sales team in executing their tasks, resolving CRM-related issues, and enhancing overall performance.
- Generate regular reports and overviews on sales team performance, campaigns, and other key metrics.
- Update and optimize the CRM environment, modules, and user profiles to ensure high data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to provide data for sales campaigns, track sales numbers, team performance, and commission levels, and make informed decisions to improve processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in administering a CRM environment (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and maintaining its integrity.
- Proficiency in exporting, manipulating, and re-importing data within CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, the official company language, and strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and meet project milestones.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and adaptability to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to write Macros in VBA and basic coding skills in JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, or C#.
- Experience with API tools and development for use with CRM systems and basic accounting skills.
