We are seeking an exceptional AI Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in technical leadership roles. You will be responsible for collaborating with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects, driving rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives, mentoring your team, and fostering continuous learning.
Requirements- Proven experience in technical leadership roles
- Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries
- Hands-on experience in applied ML projects
- Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs
- Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration
- Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git)
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile
- Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure or GCP
- Challenging projects using state-of-the-art Machine Learning

- Work on innovative AI solutions like generative models and advanced AI frameworks
- Excellent, highly motivated, and talented team environment
- Flexible on-site and remote work options
- It's a plus if you have experience with MLOps
