Gameplay Programmer (Mid to Senior) Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Gameplay Programmer with 2+ years of experience in Unreal Engine to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in developing, debugging, and maintaining game systems using Unreal Engine 5.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create high-performance game systems.
  • Partner with engineers at multiple levels and the networking team to optimize large-scale performance.
  • Create and document complex systems clearly, including technical design documents and code references.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in multiplayer game development, preferably with Unreal Engine.
  • Strong proficiency in C++.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.
  • Positive attitude, effective in team environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex processes.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
  • A portfolio showcasing attention to detail and high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Experience in profiling and optimizing applications for bandwidth and CPU usage.
  • Proven ability and willingness to mentor other engineers.
