Project Manager Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of software fiscal projects, ensuring successful implementation in pilot customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management methodology support to project teams and functional managers
  • Monitor project costs and risks according to organizational policies
  • Implement and disseminate project management methodology across the organization
  • Offer recommendations for executive decisions on projects
  • Maintain alignment between projects and organizational strategies
  • Publish consolidated status reports on projects
  • Evaluate project performance
  • Analyze impact of changes on projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in project management
  • Completed higher education in Administration or Informatics
  • Courses in Project Management (PMI) and ITIL
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Software Development Factory
  • Graduation in Project Management, Strategy, or Management

Additional Skills:

  • Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish
  • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Map of Minds, BPM tool (Bizagi)
