About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our Retail team in Brazil. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of high-impact projects related to Demand Planning, Forecast, Buying, Vendor Performance, and Inventory Management. Your goal will be to maximize product availability, margins, and inventory turns in a scalable way for your own Product Family or Retail-wise.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct supply chain operation reviews using large amounts of data to identify root causes of operational issues;
- Develop action plans and projects to eliminate defects in the supply chain, creating sustainable results in the long term;
- Collaborate and build relationships with the Product Family Team and Central Team to leverage improvements through new processes and projects;

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics discipline;
- Solid experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, and/or consulting;
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, ability with numbers, problem-solving, and project management skills;
- High level of self-organization, prioritization, and time management;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Flexible, action-oriented, self-starting, autonomous, and comfortable with large databases and tools;
- Ability to understand needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes;
- Experience with SQL;

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with purchasing and inventory management in e-commerce/retail or project management in a consulting company;
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma;
