We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This role involves performing various mechanical and pneumatic maintenance activities, as well as some basic electrical tasks, to ensure the safe operation of equipment while meeting production goals and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to read schematics and prints, and make necessary repairs to ensure equipment safety. Additionally, they should be able to troubleshoot and adjust or repair ancillary equipment, changeovers, and setups on Vision Systems, perform ink mixing and disposal according to set guidelines, and perform oil changes and disposal of used oil per established procedure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and resolve problems through troubleshooting and repair techniques
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Process, QA, and Facilities, to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Document all maintenance activities, PMs, installations, and validations in the maintenance log
  • Source obsolete parts and maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics and prints
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
