Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

This role serves as the primary facilitator in organizational change and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help define the vision and strategy for change, collaborate with leadership to ensure successful implementation, and own the Change Management Plan.

  • Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize early experience needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate change initiatives to all stakeholders, building support and buy-in.
  • Identify and address potential resistance to change, providing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the change process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee surveying processes, SharePoint management, and FAQ maintenance to support stakeholder inquiries and information dissemination.
  • Manage the 360C support email, coordinating responses with relevant team members and functions.
  • Foster a positive and engaged participant experience during and after change initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among enablement functions, promoting a cohesive approach to stakeholder alignment and participant experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or organizational development within a medium-to-large environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing change initiatives, managing communication strategies, and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
