**Digital Sales Specialist - Market Growth**

As a Digital Sales Specialist - Market Growth, you will play a critical role in implementing our defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.
  • Responsible for the direct sales for assigned digital sales customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably software or computing, and related areas.
  • Necessary: Experience selling industrial softwares (asset performance and process performance management for example).
  • Desirable: Experience with Mining Industry.
  • Desirable: Experience with ABB Softwares.
  • Desirable: Experience with consultative selling process.
  • Desirable: Experience with Salesforce management(CRM) and skills with PowerBI.
  • Language: Native Portuguese, Advanced/Fluent English is necessary and Spanish is desirable.
