Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bookstore effectively and efficiently, ensuring that SABIS books are available to students.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to students by assisting them in purchasing books, stationery, and school accessories
- Maintain a well-organized and clean bookstore environment at all times
- Conduct regular inventory of books, stationery, and accessories to ensure accurate stock levels
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices to optimize profitability
- Process orders, deliveries, and returns in an efficient and timely manner
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and support office duties as needed
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Office components to manage administrative tasks
- Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to achieving business objectives
