Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional product strategy in alignment with technology goals.
- Analyze portfolio using Henkel processes and manage regional product complexity.
- Manage New Product Introductions, including activities like business case preparation, product ramp-up strategy, site transfers, and product creation in SAP.
- Drive the whole product line by managing phase-in/out process and providing business input to manufacturing and purchasing teams.
- Portfolio management and product development expertise.
- Project management and cost management abilities.
- Excellent influencing skills and leadership capabilities.
- Presentation, communication, coordination, and complex problem-solving skills.
