Digital Project Manager Leader

We're looking for a seasoned delivery-focused leader to lead software development initiatives from planning through launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development, and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months, with USD-based compensation. You'll work remotely across LATAM, collaborating with top-tier talent and global clients who value innovation and impact.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals

Requirements- 5+ years of technical project management experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
