The role involves working closely with various departments to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing price quotes and sales orders within the LN system;
- Tracking and following up on registered orders according to PCP programming;
- Acting as an interface between customer requirements and other departments;
- Presenting monthly commercial indicator results;
- Participating in planning meetings with interactions from other departments;
- Assisting in document preparation for Sox/Deloitte/client audits;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in progress;
- Basic English skills;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Intermediate Word skills;
- Basic PowerPoint skills;
