Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst, Service

Job Description:
  • Work closely with clients to provide innovative solutions for customer applications.
  • Deliver consulting services including solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization, and integration with other applications.
  • Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements based on client experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of database administration (Oracle, MSSQL).
  • Proficiency in creating how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes.
  • Experience with SQL statement writing.
Business Acumen:
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with systems and tools.
  • Motivated to challenges and learning opportunities.
Language Skills:
  • English language proficiency.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
