Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Junior Legal Counsel, Product.
About the PositionThis opportunity involves providing frontline support for the development, launch, and execution of products, features, and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our team and other members of the legal department on commercial contracts, marketing, corporate, and product matters across various regions.
- Be an active partner and ensure the provision of timely business-focused advice to multiple business areas including product development, vehicle solutions, and business development.
- Work on commercial contracts such as technology agreements, promotional agreements, sponsorships, and partnerships as well as general procurement and marketing and advertising initiatives in specific countries.
- Take ownership of ensuring we have the right processes and tools available to enable the team's capability to scale as the business grows.
- Provide strategic and proactive legal advice to internal business groups.
- Strong academic credentials.
- 4+ years of legal work experience, preferably with some of it in commercial contracts, product legal analysis, and/or consumer law experience at a top law firm or acting as in-house counsel.
- Fluent English required, Spanish is a plus.
- Have high standards, integrity, and strong ethical values.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment for a company with operations around the world.
- Additional qualifications that are important in evaluating the applicants during the process but not required.
