IBDP Coordinator

Our school, Escola Canadense Da Barra Ltda, seeks a highly skilled IBDP Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing the segment, managing national and IB curricula, and focusing on final course completion outcomes.

We require someone with excellent academic leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional communication skills to ensure a safe learning environment and provide academic support for IBDP and national exams, including ENEM and entrance exams.

The ideal candidate should have:

• An English certificate C1 or above
• A Bachelor's degree in education
• At least 3 years of experience as a teacher for IBDP and ENEM
• Certification as an IB educator or coordinator

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing improvement strategies based on exam results
• Reviewing IBDP Exam Session result reports and providing recommendations
• Organizing meetings and producing meeting summaries to keep stakeholders informed
• Overseeing the entire IBDP process from start to finish
• Maintaining open communication with parents and students regarding curriculum and procedural questions
