The United Nations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support programme coordination in Brazil.

Job Summary:

This role requires a collaborative team player to perform duties in close collaboration with operational and technical teams of UN-Habitat in Rio de Janeiro, supporting the Programme Coordination team on the field as part of the Social Territories Project in Large Favelas Complexes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of tasks in collaboration with the operational and technical teams
  • Submit regular progress reports for review by senior officials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Portuguese required; English and French as working languages
  • Strong command of oral and written Spanish and English considered an added advantage
