Job Title: Financial Analyst - Incentive Contract ManagementJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing incentive contract terms to assess Visa's contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment.
You will prepare monthly payment schedules per contract terms and Visa's Accounting Policy, create excel models to determine contractual commitments per the terms of the contract, and review on-going contract performance and update future performance schedules as needed.
Liaison with stakeholders to determine the fulfillment of contractual obligations, assist in the resolution of related issues and discrepancies, analyze and explain variances between pro-forma and actual contractual commitments, and prepare necessary adjustments.
You will provide timely reporting to External Reporting and Accounting Operations, work on Client Incentive projects to support Client Incentive Operations, and committed to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting experience is a must.- 3-5+ years of relevant working experience.- Proficient to read, write, speak Portuguese is required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Extremely detail oriented, analytical, thorough and accurate.- Strong business analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, and a very upbeat customer-service attitude are essential.
Benefits:- This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 10% of their time.- The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephone and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
