Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be proficient in AutoCAD.
This is a key role that involves conducting due diligence investigations, preliminary design and engineering analyses of various types of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site layouts throughout regions where we operate.
About the Job- Conducting site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
- Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
- Preparing Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports.
- Project coordination with clients, other consultants and project team for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan application.
- Design of Stormwater Management and Stormwater Conveyance Systems, Utility Systems and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Design Plans.
- Prepare construction cost estimates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Relevant internship experience preferred.
- 0-4 years' experience in Civil Site Engineering.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
