We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials across borders.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, terminals, warehouses, bonded warehouses, import and export processes to drive excellence in deliveries at a high-quality level.
- Analyze import/export processes to determine methods for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members through effective communication regarding importation and exportation status.
- Contribute as a team member, tracking products flow from origin to final delivery.
- Review procedures to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.
- Determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost with logistics management teams.
- Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers, monitoring organizational processes.
- Ensure proper and accurate execution of OTD (on-time delivery) and cost control metrics.
