Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to propel growth and lead the expansion and operational management of our delivery network. This individual will spearhead new initiatives that enable growth, enhance processes, and lower costs for customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, logistics, or related field and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to distill complex operating models and identify opportunities quickly.

This role requires flexibility to travel +30% of the time and work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays. Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages is required.
