The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Learning and Social Impact Programs Administrator. This role will provide support to our Learning & Development team and the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development through effective ownership of the L&D programs and systems administration and coordination.

The role will also assist the Senior Director of Inclusive Employee Experience with various aspects of social impact programs administration. The scope of this role is global, supporting the L&D operations and program administration in all current and future locations for Poatek.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Learning Management System and other learning platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content delivery.
  • Coordinate global L&D Programs, including English Language Acquisition, Mentorship programs, KT (Knowledge Transfer) programs, Manager Training, and New Hire Onboarding programs.
  • Manage all learning coordination, including scheduling, communication, technology support, sessions, and learner and facilitator support.
  • Oversee data management, processing, and reporting, ensuring accurate and secure information.
  • Align LATAM social impact programming with legacy program commitments, the Poatek Social Impact approach, and local office needs.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Inclusive Employee Experience to ensure social impact programming and associated funding align with organization-wide priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience as an administrator of a Learning Management System.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Learning administration knowledge and experience with rolling out and maintaining digital, in-person, virtual, and blended learning courses and programs.
  • Advanced data management, processing, and reporting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
