Job Title: AI-First UGC & Influencer Manager

A premium clothing brand is seeking an experienced manager to build a high-output creator engine. You'll oversee the entire user-generated content flywheel, from smart outreach to content quality assurance and campaign-ready delivery.

About the Role
  • You will own the entire UGC process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier creators to meet the brand's vision.
  • Coordinate product sends and creator briefings to ensure timely and effective content production.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to QA, tag, and script UGC asset variations.
  • Manage Airtable pipeline with automation integrations to streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
  1. AI-assisted outreach to 40–50 new creators per week.
  2. Coordinate 20+ weekly product sends and creator briefings.
  3. QA, tag, and script UGC asset variations using AI-driven tools.
  4. Manage Airtable pipeline with automation integrations.
  5. Build a top-tier pool of 15–20 recurring ambassadors per quarter.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer/UGC operations or brand partnerships in direct-to-consumer apparel.
  • Proficient with SARAL, Archive, Notion, Descript, Airtable, and automation tools.
  • Exceptional taste and judgment to curate UGC matching the brand's tone.
  • Fast and flexible to thrive in a content-rich, AI-first environment.
  • Strong communicator and hyper-organized individual.
