Job Description:
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. As a Bilingual Operations Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
Resolve client queries efficiently and effectively
Document all interactions with clients, including resolutions and follow-up actions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution status
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training requirements
Meet performance metrics and quality standards for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
