We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our commercial quality efforts in the Latin America region.
This is a key role that will require strategic direction, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure the success of process execution and management across the region.
- Manage Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and foster collaboration between commercial teams and stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through effective management of processes, including escalation, customer services operations, samples management, field actions, stop shipments, product returns, new product launches, and product discontinuation.
- Product Complaints Management: Ensure the timely intake, processing, and closure of product complaints records, and provide metrics for management review meetings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current regulations and industry standards, analyze new requirements, and propose initiatives for quality performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, auditing experience, and proven track record of leading teams to achieve significant quality and process improvements. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate and influence at various levels within the organization, and have relevant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
