SEO Manager Role

At our digital marketing company, we are seeking an SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive real results.

Job Description:

As an SEO Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and leading SEO strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Conducting high-level SEO audits and delegating implementation tasks to SEO Specialists and other team members.
  • Overseeing and refining keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles.
  • Collaborating with the content team to guide SEO-focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions.
  • Analyzing performance data using Google Analytics and other tools; delivering actionable insights and monthly reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring Google algorithm updates and adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Google Analytics Certified.
  • Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
