Business Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities- Supervise and guide a team of functional and technical analysts to drive business outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead requirements analysis and validation to guarantee alignment with business needs.
- Communicate with business units to define system requirements and drive project success.
- Develop test scenarios and perform data analytics using SQL and other necessary tools to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and four years of experience with Softrax Revenue Management System or similar solutions.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and eight years of experience with Softrax Revenue Management System or similar solutions.
- Four years of experience implementing IT solutions in a global business environment to drive growth and efficiency.
- Four years of experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office applications to streamline operations.
- Four years of experience in using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to manage complex projects.
- Two years of supervisory or team lead experience to demonstrate leadership skills.
- Experience in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
- Experience in supporting system interfaces to ensure smooth integration.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certifications to drive continuous improvement.
