Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in LATAM. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by implementing quality processes and tools, assessing and monitoring our Quality/Food Safety Management System, and providing support to enable and empower our employees and contractors on EHSQS matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for:
- Providing quality and food safety support to key customers in terms of enquiries, questionnaires, portals, surveys, customer specification updates, nutritional data, religious certifications, export certifications, and other information as required within the LATAM region.
- To be a key point of contact between internal and external customers for all quality and food safety related queries and to proactively engage with the Commercial team (SI/FS Sales, Product Management), ATS, and Quality Team as required to successfully resolve quality roadblocks.
- Supporting the creation of internal ingredient and packaging specifications, as needed.
- Fulfilling any other reasonab requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
